Warranty and Returns


We have a warranty policy that is unparalleled in the industry.  If you are not happy with your purchase just send it back and we will replace it.  It’s just as simple as that!

We stand behind all of our products, upon delivery, being free of defects. Upon receipt, inspect the merchandise to evaluate its function. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, we will replace that product at no charge to you except the shipping it costs you to send it to us.


Include a note of explanation as to the reason of the return.


Original invoice must accompany the merchandise for proper credit.


Return Shipping Charges are the customers Responsibility. If the wrong product was shipped in our error, please call 512-484-2951 or email us at  Returned items must be packaged securely. If damaged during shipment back to us, we may be unable to refund or exchange.
